Cancellation fee

With any cancellation, please send us a written notice.

• 3 Months or more before Arrival --> €50,00 processing fee
• 4 – 12 Weeks before Arrival --> 40% Of the total rental price to pay
• 8 – 28 days before Arrival --> 70% Of the total rental price to pay
• 0- 7 days before Arrival --> 90% Of the total rental price to pay

In case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total rental price is payable

In case we can rent the apartment again for you, a processing fee of € 150,00 will be charged.
